Philosophy
Program quality and improvement are the primary focus of Program Review. Annual and periodic in-depth reviews are conducted to review each program's relevance, appropriateness, student learning outcomes, and currency of curriculum and to identify future needs and plans.
Program Review is an ongoing process that includes:
- Review and description of the program's mission and current state of the program
- Evaluation of whether the program as it exists is adequate and appropriate for achieving its mission and assuring student success
- Development of goals and plans for any improvements or changes that will enhance student learning outcomes and overall program efficiency
- Implementation of plans
- Tracking and evaluation of actions taken to improve program effectiveness and efficiency
Please contact Pat Arlington, Co-Chair or the Program Review Steering Committee, if you have any questions. Log in, user name, and password are not required to access the reports or to view and search the goals database.
